Safety Managers & Directors
SEC SHIELD can provide your school district with the personnel to best fit your safety and security needs. We will work with you to determine if you need a Safety Manager or a Director of Safety and Security.
Our Safety Managers are highly trained and experienced, building upon the security efforts already in place within your district. Each Safety Manager has completed the SEC SHIELD Advanced Certification Program, developing skills specific to the school environment.
Our Directors of Safety + Security work in collaboration
with your district leadership and school administration
to establish appropriate regulations, procedures and
plans to ensure safe and secure schools, including
overseeing any district security staff.
By partnering with SEC SHIELD, your district will receive full access to our safety and security services, including trainings, social media monitoring, emergency response planning, incident management and access to the SEC Executive Team.
Advanced Certification Program™
Our Advanced Certification Program™ provides the standard of excellence for your security personnel. Training is multi-dimensional, focusing on tactical skills, mental health
awareness and soft skills needed to bring the highest level of safety in an approachable, non-intrusive way. Participants will receive their Advanced Certification upon full completion of the entire training program. They also receive ongoing support and mentoring from the SEC Certification Team, including best practices and safety resources that are specific for school environments.
