Workplace Violence Training

In this training, SEC will provide a thorough examination of the warning signs, including the origins of targeted violence and the motives and behaviors of a potential bad actor. This training will empower individuals to react to a critical incident, such as an active shooter, or other incidents that may occur.  Our team will explain how physiological responses can impact reaction time in an emergency and introduce best practice protocols in an options-based approach.

Why is this training so important?

Everyone deserves the right to feel safe at work. With new and emerging threats continuing to appear, staying on top of safety plans, policies and training is more critical than ever before. As an organization, it is your responsibility to protect your staff and those you serve.  By investing in safe trainings throughout the year, you can increase employee preparedness and feelings of security.
